To publish a cookbook as an ebook on the Kindle, Nook, iTunes, or other ebook publisher there are a few steps you will need to take. The first step is to create an epub file. This file is then uploaded to the ebook publisher or distributor of your choice.
There are many ways to create an ePub file. Many ebook publishers also offer automated epub conversion but in most cases the conversion is poor.
Once you have your epub ready you need to submit it to the ebook publishers and distributors you are interested in using. Most of the processes are pretty easy but we do have more detailed guides for how to publish on Kindle, Nook, iTunes, and Smashwords.
