Just starting working with SousVideTools.com Got to say that their polycarbonate transparent water baths used with a thermal circulator and polycarbonate balls is a real game changer. Not sure I'd go back to the stainless steel heavy weight boxes again. I can use the Thermal circulator in any vessel whilst the baths themselves are so flexible to move around. Definitely the way forward.
