I am about to try out Sous Vide cooking for the very first time.
I will be cooking shrimps to start with.
Using a vacuum sealed bag how much water do I use?.

You want to make sure you use enough water in the sous vide bath to fully cover the bag(s) of shrimp. In general, the more water the better, since that will keep the temperature from dropping as much when you add the shrimp.
