This should be fixed in our next update which will be out in a few weeks. The new iOS introduced some bugs and we couldn't update over the holidays since the app store backend was closed.
Just downloaded the update for the iPhone app Jan11 and it's lost all of my notes that have taken me months to build up now it's back to guess work again thanks very much Jason.
Dan, sorry it took me a few hours to get back to you, I was at the dentist getting some work done but I sent you an email as soon as I got out.
The update shouldn't have affected the stored notes in any way. If you do a hard-restart of your iPhone by holding down the power button until it gives you the "turn off" indicator and then restarting it the cache of the app should be restarted and your notes should be there.
Once again, I'm sorry it took me a few hours to get back to you, I know it can be frustrating when a piece of software doesn't work right.
